Dunlop Protective Footwear is seeking an ambitious and entrepreneurial Marketing Coordinator to join our U.S. team. You’ll play a key role in bringing our products to life across both B2C retail and B2B distributor channels — helping America’s workforce get the job done safely.
This is your chance to gain hands-on experience, contribute to high-impact campaigns, and collaborate across global teams — all while learning from seasoned marketing and sales professionals.

What You’ll Do
  • Execute exciting campaigns — from product launches to seasonal promotions — that drive awareness and sell-through.
  • Own campaign reporting — track performance, share insights, and recommend ideas for optimization.
  • Own the content on website Dunlopboots.com- work with the global digital team to keep the website content fresh
  • Keep us on track — maintain and manage our marketing calendars for smooth execution.
  • Be a connector — coordinate with agencies, and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver campaign assets on time.
  • Support sales growth — work with the sales team to uncover co-marketing opportunities and develop impactful tools for key partners.
  • Boost visibility — collaborate with our customer service team to manage in-store activations, signage, digital content, and distributor programs.
  • Create content that converts — develop sell sheets, POS, and engaging digital content tailored to different partners.
  • Learn the market — dive into customer research, trend analysis, and competitor tracking to keep Dunlop ahead.
  • Ensure digital excellence — audit and enhance our presence across partner websites, social media, and email campaigns.

What We’re Looking For
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • Internship or project experience in retail, brand, or account marketing is a plus
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Confident using marketing tools like Google Analytics, CMS platforms, or email marketing systems
  • A self-starter attitude — you're proactive, resourceful, and curious
  • Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
  • Creative flair with an eye for detail
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment
  • Most importantly, an entrepreneurial spirit — we want builders, not bystanders

Compensation:

We offer competitive wages commensurate with job skills, experience, education and geographic location. The starting salary for this role is $50,000 – 60,000 plus a 7% bonus opportunity.
