Position Overview:
The Logistics and Inventory Control Analyst will focuses on optimizing inventory positions, with the interests of Dunlop and its customers as the central priority. Additionally, the employee plays an important role in executing logistical order processing and supporting operational processes.

Benefits:
We offer competitive wages commensurate with job skills, experience, education and geographic location. The starting range for this role is $60,000 – 70,000 plus a 7% bonus opportunity.

Position Overview:

Essential Functions:
- Communication Regarding Logistical Matters
- Act as the point of contact for Sales Offices and external warehouses.
- Manage communication via email and phone.
- Inform Sales Offices about delivery times, production schedules, and the inventory status of PVC products.
- Logistical Order Processing
- Monitor the order flow, including reviewing, confirming, and checking delivery times and shipment statuses.
- Identify bottlenecks in the flow of goods and take action where necessary.
- Create dispatch plans and handle employee goods processing.
- Archive relevant documents and manage order invoicing.
- Prepare letter mail and packages for shipment, including drafting customs documents.
- Inventory Management
- Order inventory from Dunlop locations and suppliers.
- Monitor internal and external order flows and make adjustments when necessary.
- Effective communication with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Managing multiple processes and ensuring deadlines are met.
- Proactive teamwork within and outside the department.
- Attention to detail in administrative and logistical processes.
- Enhancing customer satisfaction through proactive communication and optimal inventory management.
- Efficient processing of orders and logistical tasks, with a focus on quality and timeliness.
- Contributing to Dunlop’s overall goals by taking responsibility and fostering collaboration.
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field is preferred.
- At least two years of experience in Logistics required.
- Microsoft Office package intermediate/basic level - especially MS Excel
